Ryan Hartzler, President
Ryan has been in the insurance industry since 2000. He joined Patriot in March of 2004. He is licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health insurance. Ryan is married and has two sons.
Ryan Catt, Personal Lines Office Manager
Ryan has been with the agency since 2016 and has over 15 years of customer service experience. He is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance. In his free time, Ryan enjoys travelling the country on a mission to visit all major National Parks and NASCAR tracks.
Christopher Bowser, Commercial Agent
Chris has over 14 years experience in the insurance industry with Patriot. He is licensed in property and casualty and life and health. Chris specializes in insuring the hospitality industry, servicing a large client base. He also has a diverse portfolio of clients in other industries as well and would welcome the opportunity to talk to you regarding your business.
John Mangan, Commercial Agent
John has been in the insurance industry since 2014. He joined Patriot in 2017. John is licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health insurance. He is married to Heather and has a daughter, Kate and a son, Carter.
Andrew Lafferty, Commercial Lines Agent
Andrew Lafferty has been in the insurance industry since June 2001 working for Zurich Insurance Company as a claims specialist. He joined the Hitchcock Agency in September 2002 and became a member of the Patriot staff in a 2012 acquisition of the Hitchcock Agency. Andrew is an insurance broker specializing in property and casualty as well as life and health insurance.
Dawn Schafer, Personal Lines Agent
Dawn joined Patriot in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and sells personal lines insurance as well as servicing those accounts.
Nancy Guthrie, Personal and Commercial Lines CSA
Nancy moved to Indiana from Louisiana in 2015. She joined the agency in 2018 as our receptionist but quickly advanced servicing clients in the Kokomo and Bedford areas. In her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her dogs and travelling back to Louisiana to visit friends and family.
Sarah Corby, Commercial Customer Service Specialist
Sarah joined Patriot Insurance in 2016 with 20 years of customer service experience. She has became a licensed property and casualty agent and assists our commercial clients with their business insurance servicing.
Jillian Lytle, Receptionist
Jillian joined the Patriot Team in 2024 as our receptionist. She is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance. With 10 years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. She and her husband are Kokomo natives and have three wonderful children.
Samantha Myers, Personal Lines Account Manager
Samantha joined the Patriot Team in 2022 as our receptionist. Eager to learn and grow, she became a licensed Personal Lines agent in 2024. Samantha has over 10 years’ experience in customer service and provides the best service she can to all our customers. Samantha was born and raised in Kokomo and resides there with her two wonderful children.
